Sorry our case was not up to your expectations. It is designed for protection and we feel it is the best protection available yet it does have its down fall when it comes to its size and bulkiness. We hear from customers several times a month on how there much more expensive cases failed in protecting there guitars. We have never heard of a guitar being damaged using our cases in 8 years.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

You must return the case with the entire contents unused to us with in 10 days of delivery. You will need to pay the freight back to us. We will deduct the freight charge to you and a 20% repacking fee for administration and a new shipping carton and repack the foam pads as they were delivered. You will receive a refund within 30 days to your credit card. There are no returns with custom case orders, or if case has been used and returned to us.
